Introducing Ms. Molly McGregor
Ms. McGregor employs a person-centered approach while also incorporating strategies from cognitive-behavioral, family systems, mindfulness-based, and somatic therapies. She has experience working with a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, and life transitions.
Educational and Career Background
Ms. Molly McGregor is currently pursuing an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas at Dallas. She completed her undergraduate degree from the University of North Texas at Dallas where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Ms. McGregor is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) which informs her mind-body approach to therapy. As Dr. Lambert’s assistant and a master’s level student, Ms. McGregor will not be providing services on her own but she will often shadow Dr. Lambert in his clinical work, attend trainee and staff consultations, and contribute to GLCC’s reflection team work.
