Introducing Mr. Wooten
Eric Wooten, M.A., is a licensed professional counselor who is passionate about seeing others build healthy, thriving relationships. Mr. Wooten’s therapeutic style is a combination of warmth, wit, and wisdom with a laid-back temperament and utilizing a cognitive behavioral, solution- focused framework.
Mr. Wooten’s interests include: couples therapy, infidelity recovery, spirituality & faith issues, and family therapy. Mr. Wooten is also a phenomenal speaker who provides dynamic workshops and programs to address relationship issues.
Educational and Career Background
Eric received a Master of Arts in Marriage & Family Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2012, and became a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in 2015. He is also an ordained minister, serving in church ministry from 2005-2020, before launching his own ministry to couples, Altared Marriage, in 2020.
