Client guardians &#038; other third party payers are welcome to pay in advance for sessions\/services by clicking on the \u2018Secure Invoice Payments\u2019 tab and completing the form. However, clients will be able to access the necessary paperwork (superbills) for insurance reimbursement through their own login to the client portal system of our electronic health records system, Simple Practice.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Depending upon the type of out-of-network coverage purchased by their employer, clients are usually reimbursed at least\u00a050% and as much as 90% of their session fees once they have met their deductible.\u00a0<\/strong>Prior to initial appointments clients are responsible for contacting their\u00a0insurance to\u00a0inquire about their reimbursement rate for\u00a0outpatient psychotherapy by an\u00a0out of network \u00a0provider.<\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>For example:<br \/>\n\u201cPsychotherapy with Patient and\/or Family Member\u201d (CPT Code 90837)<br \/>\nby an<br \/>\n\u201cOut of Network Provider\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>If you use this terminology, they should be able to provide specific information regarding out of network\u00a0reimbursement.
