Introducing Mrs. Brubaker
Mrs. Jordan Brubaker is a practicum student clinician who is passionate about family restoration and working with individuals through a variety of concerns. She is eager to work with children, adolescents, and young adults. Mrs. Brubaker typically operates in a person-centered approach, while incorporating interventions from Cognitive-behavior therapy, psychodynamic, and family systems approach. She has experience working with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
Educational and Career Background
Mrs. Jordan Brubaker is currently pursuing a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology (CSPP) – Dallas, Texas Campus. She completed her undergraduate degree from Southwestern Assemblies of God University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Mrs. Brubaker has previously counseled in a community mental health setting and conducted small group psychoeducation for elementary students. She has experience in psychotherapy with adolescents and young adults and has been trained in administering various psychological assessments. As a practicum student clinician, Mrs. Brubaker will be providing services under the supervision of Dr. Kevin Lambert.
